Teresa Gilbert is the Founder and Owner
of Pathways to Excellence, LLC, Coaching
and Consulting Services, and provides
services on-site as well as through
teleconferencing, webinars and individual
and group coaching. Teresa works
primarily with rising executives and
managers to help them fully develop
their leadership potential.
Teresa worked in administration and
management for over 25 years before
creating Pathways to Excellence.
She is a former Head Start director,
a Federal Monitoring Reviewer, has an
M.S. Ed. degree, with a concentration
in workforce development; she is a certified
facilitator for Franklin Covey, True
Colors, The Personalities, and Poverty
Simulation training. Teresa's
greatest passion lies in leadership
training at all levels, and working
to help programs and organizations become
the best they can be.

SHARON COCHRAN

Former HS Director
Sharon Cochran is a part time, independent
consultant who works primarily with Head
Start programs and projects. She provides
both on-site and online training. She
is a Federal Monitoring Team Reviewer.
Sharon served as a Head Start executive
director in Illinois. She coordinated
a national photo project called “A
Year in the Life of Head Start.” Sharon
was on staff at the Ohio State University
Head Start Quality Improvement Center T-TA
project serving Illinois, Indiana,
and Ohio. She served as the QNet resource
for Family and Community Partnerships.
She has provided training throughout the
country in Exploring Parenting and for the
Parent-Mentor Program out of the National
Center for Family Literacy.
Sharon has an M.S. Ed. degree, with a concentration
on education and mental health. With
over thirty years of experience in Head
Start, she continues to find the program
endlessly meaningful and innovative.
Her ongoing interest is in a close reading
of the performance standards and how they
are implemented throughout this land. |
